On December 31st, 2020, a Dublin Hun proclaimed ‘2021! New Year, new me, baby.’ But on January 1st she woke up to find that she was in fact… the same old hun.

‘New year, new me’ is a claim that many make on New Year’s eve. But it is in fact very difficult to turn all of one’s bad habits around and become a better person in just a few hours after the ball drops.

Don’t beat yourself if you’re reading this a few days into 2021 and you haven’t become the ‘new me.’ These things take time and you should take whatever it is your working on one day at a time.
