Start packing your bags, because Ireland’s property prices are only getting higher!

The property website myhome.ie released a report on housing prices within the country yesterday.

The report states that price inflation has risen to 12.3% nationwide.

Wicklow is the most expensive, with an average house price of 375,000 (up by 9.49%) and Roscommon the cheapest at 140,000 (although it has increased by nearly 50%).

For those of us looking to live in Dublin, prices have risen by 5.46%, the average now being 345,000.

Commenters were not happy, with several stating, “Don’t forget to add the €100k over that they actually go for on top” and “These prices must be from 5 years ago.”
