After weeks and weeks of procrastination, an Arts fresher has finally finished that sociology essay they’ve been putting off.

At the end of their first semester the fresher had a mountain of work that they couldn’t quite bring themselves to do. Assignments from the work load include a few essays, a group project, two presentations and a backlog of readings.

We sat down with the fresher to try and peel back the layers and try to understand the fresher’s motives or lack thereof. When asked why they couldn’t do the work the fresher simply said ‘Sorry? Who are you? Why is that light in my face Where am I?!’

Tackling a mountain of work during a pandemic would put anyone off I suppose. If you’re struggling to get back into the swing of the college year in semester two, don’t forget to take a breath and take it one day at a time!
