Editor Fans of Love/Hate will no doubt get a kick out of this prankster who posted an ad on Done Deal selling garden gnomes as Elmo.
Last night, Elmo was promoted by Nidge Weasel. Part of his new duties include transferring some ‘gear’ which were clevery hidden in gnome statues with blue hats. There was left over stock from the deal and Elmo was given the all clear to sell on the gnomes, much to the bewilderment of pill popping Pauley (Paulie??).
If you would like a gnome, just fork over €200 and it will be all yours.
