The weekend is nearly upon us and we couldn’t be more relieved. I don’t know about youse but that felt like the longest 4 day week of all time. There’s plenty to keep you busy over the weekend as well, even if the weather is a bit shite.

Limited tickets are still available for The Cure tomorrow night at Malahide Castle. Listening to the Cure in the amazing grounds of Malahide caste…trust me, it will be Just Like Heaven. I’ll see myself out…

If you’re more of a heavy metal fan, Metallica are playing at Slane Castle. It might be pissing rain, but if Metallica are playing Nothing Else Matters. Okay, i’ll stop now….

If you’re looking for something to do during the day there’s a Vegan Picnic in the Phoenix Park so bring along your falafel and quinoa and join in the fun. That’s on from 12 to 9pm tomorrow just beside the Wellington Monument.

Beats in the Alley takes tomorrow in UCD. There’ll be reggae yogga classes, live art, spoken word and much much more. It takes place between the UCD Student Center and the Clubhouse.

Ireland face Denmark tonight (them again????) in a crucial European qualifier tonight. The boys in green have won two out of two so far so lets hope we get some form of revenge tonight and make it three out of three. Kick off is at 7:45. COYBIG!!

If your feeling lazy on Sunday you could just go to the pub for the Nations League final between the Netherlands and Portugal. Ronaldo rescued Portugal against the Swiss while the Netherlands overcame England to reach the final. Kickoff is at 7:45.

We hope we enjoy your weekend even if it involves lying in bed binging Netflix after a wild bank holiday weekend.
