Living your best life, hot girl summer, whatever you want to call it, the summertime is the time to relax, rejuvenate and feel good about yourself. And while you may be balancing part-time jobs and a social life, it’s easy to let your personal health slip away. Here are some easy ways to keep you feeling your best:

  1. Drink water. As soon as you wake up, before you eat a meal, before you go to bed…. There is literally no bad time to drink water. It keeps you healthy, hydrated and happy, it’s good for your skin, it’s good for your metabolism, it’s good for your body… What’s stopping you? Upping your intake will make you feel better all around, trust me.
  2. Go for a walk. Stretch your legs, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the weather. A quick 15 minute walk can do wonders in helping you clear your head and de-stress completely.
  3. Plan your meals. In the summer, eating clean probably isn’t your main priority, especially with a crazy social life and trying to match your mates pint for pint. But when you do have time, try to get in the right number of your fruits and veggies. That, mixed with your newfound love for drinking water, will keep your body happy, healthy and working hard for you.
  4. Spend some time to yourself. Don’t feel like you always need to be out with friends or surrounding yourself with people. Make sure you’re looking after your own mental health and choosing only to do things that make you happy or feel good.
