When you’re planning your travels it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement and forget important items you need to pack. Therefore we have compiled a list of commonly forgotten items to use while packing.
Travel Adapters
Not every country uses the same style of sockets. If you don’t have the correct adapater you won’t be able to charge your devices. Research what type of sockets the place you’re visting uses and pack the required the adapaters.
Phone Chargers
There’s no point in bringing travel adapters if you don’t have any chargers. Phone chargers are one of the most commonly forgotten items. Since most people charge their phone overnight, it can be a good idea to pack a spare cable in adavance incase you forget to grab your own the morning you’re leaving.
Sunglasses
Another frequently forgotten item is sunglasses. It’s no surprise with their little use in the Irish weather, but when travelling they are a must! Make sure to dig out your favourite pair before you go or treat yourself to a new pair at the airport.
Bonus item-The ISIC Card
If you are travelling make sure you get an ISIC card. The ISIC card has been sold in Ireland since the 1970’s.
