In Dublin this week? Check out the IFI’s documentary film festival for something a little different to do with your mates.

The 16th IFI Documentary Film Festival will open tonight at the Irish Film Institute with a screening of Bing Liu’s award-winning documentary Minding the Gap. Over the next five days, the very best of new non-fiction film-making from Ireland, Australia, Hungary, Russia, Spain and Palestine will take centre stage, as the IFI welcomes a number of special guests to take part in panel discussions and Q&As.
