The Science Foundation of Ireland Award For Science Writer Of The Year will be awarded to any student who was written and published an article, in any form of student media, relating to science or technology.
We’re looking for work that exhibits a clear understanding of the topic that is being written about and, more importantly, that helps clearly communicate this topic to the average reader.
If you’ve written on anything science-related, from the minutiae of a minor scientific discovery made at your college to a think-piece pondering the changing role of science in society through the centuries, we want to hear from you! Your article must have been published since March 15th 2018.
When attaching articles to the application form they must be in PDF format and named “CATEGORY NAME_YOUR NAME_1/2/3”
For our full list of Entry Guidelines see here.
