The ‘Iriseoireach trí Ghaeilge – Raidió’ award has two sponsors this year. As well as Raidió Rí Rá, we are excited to be continuing our partnership with Raidió na Gaeltachta.
A branch of the national broadcaster RTE, Raidió na Gaeltachta provides Irish language programs as well as news and current affairs to the main Gaeltacht areas in Connemara, Donegal, Corca Dhuibhne and across Ireland.
Since 2001, Raidió na Gaeltachta has broadcast to listeners 24 hours a day and can be heard worldwide with live streaming via their website, with podcasts regularly published from a number of programs.
