Tá BLOC TG4 sa tóir ar an ngearrfhíseán is cruthaithí, is nuálaí, is siamsúla agus is úrnua ó mhic léinn sa chatagóir nua gearrfhíseán dátheangach Smedia seo. Ní mór do na físeáin shóisialta a bheith idir 1.00 & 5.00 nóiméad ar fad len iad a chur ar aghaidh don chomórtas.   Ní mór do na físeáin a chuirtear ar aghaidh thar ceann BLOC a bheith i nGaeilge den chuid is mó.

An Duais

Bronnfar duais airgid  €500.00 euro ar an bhfíseán is fearr agus beidh deis agat a bheith i do MOJO do BLOC…nó BLOCadóir mar a thugtar air!

Céard is BLOC ann?

Is mol físeán meán sóisialta Gaeilge é BLOC atá dírithe ar lucht féachana idir aois 18-35. Trí BLOC, déantar ábhar nuálach Gaeilge as an nua a spreagann smaointe IN ÉINEACHT le daoine óga, seachas an t-ábhar a dhéanamh DÓIBH. Tá breis agus 50 cruthaitheoir ábhair nua Gaeilgeóga (BLOCadóirí) scabhtáilte, traenáilte agus coimisiúnaithe ag BLOC go dtí seo agus feiceann na mílte duine a gcuid ábhair gach seachtain ar chainéil Facebook, Twitter, IGTV, Instagram, YouTube & Twitch BLOC.

The National Student Media Awards welcome BLOC TG4 as a new sponsor of a shiny new category –

Bi-lingual Short-Form Video of the year 2020.

BLOC TG4 is looking for the most creative, innovative, entertaining and original use of short-form video by a student in this new bi-lingual Short-Form Smedia category. The social videos submitted must be between 1.00 & 5.00 minutes in duration to qualify for entry.   The BLOC entries must be submitted primarily in the Irish language.

The PRIZE

The winning entry will not only be given a cash prize of €500.00 euro to take home, but they will also be in with the chance of becoming a MOJO for BLOC…otherwise known as a BLOCadóir!

What is BLOC:

BLOC is a social media Irish language video hub for 18-35-year olds. BLOC makes new edgy, thought-provoking Irish language content WITH young adults as opposed to FOR them. To date BLOC has scouted, trained and commissioned over 50 new young Irish language content creators (BLOCadóirí) and their content continues to reach thousands of people each week via BLOC’s Facebook, Twitter, IGTV, Instagram, YouTube & Twitch channels.
