Smedias 2010 - The National Student Media Awards

This year marks the tenth anniversary of Ireland's premier student awards - The National Student Media Awards.

These prestigious awards recognise the brightest up and coming media talent in the country, and are judged and presented by high profile media professionals. National newspapers, broadcasters and international websites are among the sponsors. This is your chance to make an impression on people who could shape your future.

The Smedias 2010 are set to be the best and biggest awards yet, and we want you to take part. If you're a third level student and involved in any type of media work - print, online, broadcasting or creative arts, check out our list of categories and find one you'd like to enter.

The Smedias will take place at The Mansion House in Dublin on Wednesday, April 21

The deadline for submissions has passed and entries are now being shortlisted. Check back here next week for updates.
