3 Smedias People's Choice 2008 - Rules

First things first, we need to inform you of a few ground rules: -

  • You must be a member of Oxygen.ie in order to have your vote registered.  Please click here to register if you are yet to do so.
  • Only one vote will be allowed per Oxygen account.
  • Votes emailed into our editor or any other staff will not be counted.  You must register and vote yourself on the website.
  • Oxygen.ie will not disclose information on status of votes at any stage prior to the announcement of winners at the awards ceremony on April 15th.
  • We have absolutely no idea what we are going to do in the event of a tie-breaker.  We will cross that bridge when we come to it.

 Overpaid sports stars sicken supporter

(Reuters) A New Jersey man was jailed for up to three months on Friday for making himself vomit on a fellow spectator at a baseball game.

Matthew Clemmens, 21, was sent to prison for at least 30 days, given two years probation, and ordered to serve 50 hours of community service, and pay $315 in restitution after the incident.

"Clemmens pleaded guilty to making himself throw up on a young girl at a Phillies game," the district attorney's office said in a statement.
