Best Dressed:

Kendall Jenner channelled her inner dark goddess as she pulled off a pretty much all-black look, with a lightly coloured statement layered crop top. She chose black thigh high boots, a leather bag, black jeans and a black overcoat. To add a dash of brightness, she layered a light pink top, featuring layers of fluffy fur.

To Shop Or Not To Shop Over Christmas:

As all of us are finished our Christmas shopping at this stage (or should be finished), the next question that hangs over everyone’s heads is when is the best time to hit the shops for the sales. As a student, I will do anything to snipe a great bargain at the opportunity- River Island and Topshop always seem too dear, however they have some truly excellent sales. St Stephen’s day is supposed to be the day when all the Christmas sales truly begin, but as most of us have food baby bellies and influx of mulled wine the day before, less and less people are still heading out bright and early on the 26th. Next have a tradition of their sales beginning at 6am, with absolutely anything and everything on sale. Over the years I have found that usually the only shop open on the 26th is next, with a few others of little interest hosting sales. This year ill be heading out the day after, truly hungover after St Stephen’s night shenanigans- but I know it’ll be worth it in the end.

Nip And Fab Glycolic Cleanser:

Christmastime will not only wear and tire us out, but our skin also. Lashings after lashings of makeup being applied night after night don’t help and usually people complain of dry patches and brand new pimples after the festive season. The best way to bring your skin back to life is by using a glycolic acid based wash- glycolic acid is well renowned for helping to rejuvenate the skin and help it repair. The wash I love is Nip and Fab’s Glycolic Fix cleanser- it’s gentle, smells like grapefruits and has an oil consistency, which foams and creates a lather. Kylie Jenner swears by it and the good news is that it’s Irish! I would advise to use this twice a week, no more to help kill hyperpigmentation and any imbalances of the skin.
